Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join the Vessto Ledger division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting clients with dependable financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
Accounting and Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in generating profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial documentation
Client Support
Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial data and documentation
Respond to client inquiries related to accounting records and reports
Support onboarding of new accounting clients
