We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join the Vessto Ledger division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting clients with dependable financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Accounting and Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including accounts payable and receivable

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements

  • Record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Assist in generating profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial documentation

Client Support

  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial data and documentation
